Makro online false advertising

I purchased one of their products online seeing that it was on special. Now I received an sms saying that it was an error while other people did receive the same product that was ordered online with the exact same price!! How come mine is an error? I didn’t even get a call with some kind of an explanation. My order just got cancelled, is this how Makro treat it’s customers?im very disappointed with Makro Crown Mines, Worst service ever!! They don’t even say anything about my refund but the payment went through and they cancelled my order just like that. Worst service ever!!
