Makro Online - Failure to Deliver and then Failure to Refund - Not to be trusted

Ordered items from Makro Online on 20 Nov 2025 and it took them more than 3 weeks up to 7 December 2025 to tell me that order is cancelled in refund initiated due to stock unavailability. On 18 December the refund is still not reflecting in my account and they advise I should wait another 7-14 working days for refund to be processed which is absolutely ridiculous. Still waiting for my refund..... Accordingly Makro Online not to be trusted when it comes to online orders and refunds.
