MAKRO ONLINE ****

I purchased a 20 Litre Gas Geyser from Makro Online on 24 June 2025. The promised delivery date was 28 June 2025. When the delivery date came nothing was delivered. When I enquired from Makro Online, I was told that the delay was on the supplier and they did not have the contact details of the supplier. They promised to investigate and revert back to me but they did not. The response I got is that they have cancelled the my order and will refund me on 15July 2025. Please stay away from Makro online. They are ****ming people. I will never use their service portal anymore.
