I saw a cadac 2 burner manual stove for R1499 on your website. I went to the Crown Mines ste yesterday to purchase it because when I tried to buy online it said " product not serviceable for this location'" apparently it means dat it is out of stock. But yesterday the store had 2/3 units.

So d store haď it for R2199. When I showed it to the sales person he said to me that sometimes the store will have it at One price and the website is different so I said to him it is not an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE item, it shouldn't be different but he did not want to listen to me so I left it.

Today I called your national care line (d person was extremely helpful) so she connected us to the store and the whe she asked them the price it was now marked for R1499 . I use a wheelchair and mobility is a real challenge for me and there was no way that I could go back to the store. The salesman tells me to please come back.

Makro needs to do something ie update the stock so I can do it online again cos there is no way in hell am I using public transport and being inconvenienced to go back to the store. There is a reason why online shopping is available!!!
