Makro Online

I placed an order online on the 8 April 2023, on the 13 April 2023 I received an email and an app notification saying package was delivered to customer but it was never delivered to me. I called the call centre and they advised it will be investigated and someone from the team will contact me. Today is the 15 April 2023 still no feedback and still no package. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO EVER AGAIN.
