MAKRO ONLINE

I am at a loss for words. I placed an order on the 12th of Dec online for delivery on the 20th…the 20th came and i package was still packed…phoned Makro online for them to tell me it will take 24-48 hours to escalate…its my childs christmas present…after back and forth we got through to a manager who then told us he will speak to the supplier to find out whats the hold up and he will let us know what they say…he never phoned back and once we phoned back we were told they made a return…WITHOUT CONSULTING ME! I am furious…*** do i give my child on Christmas as my purchase was my budget because MAKRO decided on behalf of me to cancel my order…THANK YOU MARKO ONLINE FOR YOUR USELESS SERVICE AND THANK YOU THAT YOU HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS AND MY SON HAS NO GIFTS!! You guys are a bunch of *****sters
