Makro Online Extremly Bad Service

I ordered 2 Security Force inverter batteries from Makro Online and after 3 months of use the batteries failed. I logged a return for the batteries which was delivered to their supplier on the 16th of January 2023. Since the delivery I have not received a single update from Makro. I have called 12 times and emailed another 7 times. Their customer service division is really pathetic : staff "cannot" contact third party supplier where the product was sent to & agents ending active calls at 17:00 sharp while speaking to them.
