makro online - extremely unreliable

what an absolute nightmare! 1st you only receive a partial + incorrect delivery of your order. then when you try to rectify the undelivered part of the order, you can call & mail until you are blue, but a clear answer of when you will ever either receive the missing item or a credit for it - one week later I have not yet received an answer or a credit. Every person I have spoken to has assured me that someone will either get back to me or I will receive an sms or email notification, but I still received nothing from Makro online & they owe me R671 for the missing item. In the meantime, I have corrected the incorrect part of my partially delivered order at my own cost & had it delivered. Safe to say I will not use this service after I am done with this.
