Makro online extremely poor delivery service.
Very Poor service. Order on Makro online and was informed delivery would be on the 21st. Never received delivery of my product as well as no telephone call explaining why the delivery will be late. Now midday on the 22nd and still no delivery and when checking on the app it is not even on route to me. I would recommend shopping at takealot as they deliver on time. this will be my last purchase with Makro and considering cancelling my order.

25 Jun 2025, 08:27my order number is OD*** and his still not been delivered. The courier company you use (Value express) does not answer their phones and their tracking service is useless. The parcel was only marked yesterday morning as out for delivery and was STILL NOT DELIVERED. Called you guys to say your backlogged and i now need to wait till Friday. I will never place another order with Makro as they truly only offer 3rd world services. disgusting.
