Makro Online - extremely bad service.

I will not make use of Makro Online Only again. It's the worst service. I ordered stainless steel water bottles advertised as a 6 pack and I ordered 4 x 6 packs. Unfortunately you cannot make screenshots of their website. But I trusted that what I ordered and paid for would be delivered. When the goods arrived, I didn't get 4 x 6 packs. I got 4 loose bottles. I phoned so many times and wasted so much airtime trying to explain my issue to the call centre agents (as you speak to a different person every time you phone). When I went onto the advert, it was changed to pack of 1. I eventually ended up cancelling the orders as this situation was getting dragged out too long (orders placed 30/11/2024 and 02/12/2024). Even if they were prepared to send me the balance of my order, it would not have arrived on time for when I needed it. It has been a week since the courier picked up the bottles for return (27/12/2024). I am still waiting for my refund and everyone is quiet now. Even followed up twice on the emails I received from Makro to cancel the orders. I want my money back asap. Your Online Only service is pathetic. I will never make use of it again and I will advise anyone who considers it to not use it. This is ridiculous.
