MAKRO ONLINE EXCELLENT SERVICE

I ordered a headboard from Makro Online and when it wasn't delivered on 5th July as promised, I called the customer care centre and they said they would investigate. Well worried as I was I called makro spoke to Altonia Mashego, who immediately assured me to find out they reason for nob delivery. Within half an hour she came back to me and said they were out of stock abd asked if I was prepared to wait....I said no and that I wish to cancell the order. The very next day I got an email from Thulani Honono confirming that the refund was being processed. Today 10th July the refund is in my bank account. Needless to say, I am extremely impressed with the service that I received especially since there are so many bad reviews about Makro Online. I will be sured to buy from them again.
