Makro online. Even worse than I was told.
Tried to buy a product online from them. A couple of days after payment they sent me an email telling me stock will only arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, and the asked if I would be willing to wait. I said I would be more than happy to wait. After about 2 weeks they informed me that they are simply cancelling the order. THE ITEM STILL SHOWS AS AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Through all of this I could get no actual reply at all from the two people that I dealt with. They simply informed me of something and ignored me after that.

24 Jul 2024, 16:27Thank you for your response. The lady that just phoned me was very helpful, and I appreciate the call. She sorted me out in less than 2 min. Its just sad that the normal people we deal with on a day to day basis dont take the same amount of pride in their work.
