MAKRO ONLINE EFT REFUND DOES'NT WORK

I bough protex soap online for R224. They called me after few days and confirmed that they do not have stock on the Milk protein soap. so i cancel my order and the amount was refunded on my micro account which gave me options to claim it as a voucher or EFT back to my account. is been over 6 weeks trying to get my money back. when I called the first time they told me that there was an in error and that the finance department is busy with it and will receive money in 7 working days. that was in December. I have logged 2 complaints online and called twice this month and was told that finance is still investigating why I haven't receive my money. until today, I haven't receive any update or the refund. so i guess i loss my money.
