After ordering and paying for a product online which was listed as in stock and able to ship immediately, you get a notification the next day that it is not in stock. Then they keep your money for 10 days before refunding you. Considering that you paid more than R3k, you cannot really just reorder somewhere else before getting the refund. How much money do they roll an fund their business with, for products they did not have in stock? You also pay interests on you credit card while the refund does not compensate the interest. I will NEVER trust them again to purchase online.
