Makro Online

We bought 4xEPSON TM-T20II POS Receipt Printer at Makro online-only items then on 07/03/2024 we decided to return them on 16 July 2024 in exchange for a different brand 4pos which they have in store.

to our surprise we received an email after calling customer service that they have tested the printers they are working fine and the packaging is not correct. 1st of all we never said they are not working and secondly what do they mean about the package because they are on the same package they were delivered to us?

And we don't want a refund we want an exchange and the model we exchanging to its even more expensive than the one we just bought. Then we were told that Makro uses different suppliers for their online-only items which is why is always difficult for people to get their refunds or exchange because the suppliers don't want to return the money. Now Makro's problems become the customer's problems.

It's very stressful for us because the clients are waiting for their printers and we losing business. we always use Makro to buy printers and it's not 1st time we have returned an item but this is the 1st time this has happened to us because normally we buy them in-store.

this is unacceptable and stressful for Makro to treat their loyal customers like this. We need help in resolving this issue.
