Makro online each order is delayed

This would be the absolute last time I order anything from you online as your service is non existent! Each order is hugely delayed without the customer even being kept in the loop. For over a week the status online showed ready to ship - but then when I phone to check up I am told when the courier wanted to collect the parcel the parcel was not ready. How does it take Makro this long to get one single item ready for collection whilst the item is in stock. Over 7 days!! You mess up each and every online order. This is unacceptable service. No other company takes this long to delivery anything you order online especially when you live in Jhb and the item is in stock.
