Makro online is the worst online store couple that with bad customer service and poor communication. I ordered champagne on Monday and the app indicated that delivery will be Wednesday. It’s Friday and still no delivery in sight, no communication whatsoever and I’ve tried to cancel the order and that’s not happening either. Why do we have to call to cancel an order? Why does everything take long? Why is the communication poor? Why am i constantly following up on an order you said you’d deliver? Do better
