Makro Online *******

Sadly the online version of Makro has disappointed me deeply. I live in a small town in the Northern Cape so online purchases are something which should help me not rip me off. Purchased a specific brand of generator from the Makro online store everything was confirmed payment made and goods dispatched as ordered or so I thought. Pentamark was the brand ordered but low and behold a Supersonic was delivered. duly called and requested an uplift and replacement, after a few days no communication was sent to confirm this was happening called again to be told they could not confirm if the brand was available and to just log a return and request a refund or to go into a store and purchase my requirement!
