Everybody pause! Stop what you doing and come to the front!

I have endured the worse online shopping experience with Makro!!

I purchased a cologne online on the 27th of February 2026 with delivery date of the 06th of March.

On the 09th of March 2026 I followed up regarding the delivery via customer centre, only to learn there was no attempt of delivery.

I was assured the matter will be resolved and updated via comms (e-mail), the entire week I waited for the development from the Makro team with no positive feedback. Friday (13 of March 2026) I called in and requested re imbur*****t since the store is hogging the parcel.

I was assured again; I will be furnished with development around re imbur*****t which should take 02 - 03 days working days.

Guess what!?! On the 18th of March, not a single e-mail was received relating to re imbur*****t. With no parcel delivered and no re imbur*****t I have decide to write off my purchase order!

The masses shall take note; please refer to their reviews via Tik Tok. I'm one of (01) of 100 000 complainants of the said store. It's a shame such a good store has lost its business acumen and running a circus!

Shy away from Makro online!
