Makro Online - Dont Trust It

I place a online order with Makro, on the 30 November 2020. The website said you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 working days. It is now the 17th of December 2020, and after numerous phone calls to the call center nothing. Do not believe the delivery times or that you will get good customer sevice

So Makro's response is tell me there is no stock and they will refund me, absolutely zero idea of customer service, stay away from online - they dont know what they are doing
