Makro online ..... Don't do it

I only gave them one star so I can write this review. They don't deserve any stars. Never purchase online from Makro. The item ordered was not delivered. A return request was done and I was told they would collect within 3 to 4 work days. Item was ordered on 25th Jan. Collected on 13th Feb. Now on the 1st March still no refund. It's absolutely hopeless trying to phone them also. You get put on hold for 20 minutes before the phone just hangs up, just so you can start the process with some other hopeless case.
