Makro online does not want to refund

Makro is the worst online shopping experience ever! I bought a stove and hob there in December. Firstly, they allow orders on items that are of stock. Then, when cancelling the order, they don't want to pay back the the refund. Their policy is up to business days but truth be told, they don't pay back at all. WHY DOES MAKRO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY????

They offer a very poor online shopping experience.
