Makro online, DO BETTER, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Made an online purchase for two items on the 17th May, to date I have only received a partial order and no help what so ever from the email, 0860 number or whatsapp. Worst service ever.

27 May 2024, 15:41I do not find this is the above in order! To date still bo response on the email with my banking details to do a refund or even an acknowledgement of this issue. This generic response does not resolve or restore my faith in you. Just it sorted and refund my monies.
