Makro online dissapointment

Terrible service!!! Since tuesday i placed an order again. As i have a very good customer to makro for years on a weekly base. Im using the online service now! Very dissapointing!! And agents never call back..i have to call several times..to get empty promises! Was told thusday i can expect my order..NOTHING!! After several calls was told friday!! NOTHING!!! calling again saturday as the delivery date also passed now.. was told by the shop itself they willcall me and deliver before 5...NO FEEDBACK!!! Leaving me with problems!!
