Makro online dissapointed me

Makro online there are unprofessional. I bought 65 inch qled samsung TV on the 20 December 2024. Since then I have been conducting them. Always they said the call is recorded and the matter is escalate to the right department.

I didn't recieve the TV and I decided to cancel the order. They told me the TV is delivered and I asked them I am in Polokwane how could you deliver my TV whole I canceled the order and delivered at Kempton park how possible it is.
