Makro online /dispatching and delivery sucks!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the Makro online site. They delivered two items on Friday. I then recieved another sms on Saturday saying that the driver will contact before on route,I missed the drivers call by 5 minutes.I called the driver back and he told me in which street he currently was,I asked if he could turn back and he said no he is in Freeway park.I should meet him at Makro Carnival city .Mind you I have paid for delivery(Order number: OD***)Today(30/06/2025)They deliver 2 bottles of pepper OD***.)Upon calling them,they have advised that my order has been split into 4.My question is are they going to deliver 1 item per day?I am working
