Makro online disorganised and unreliable

Placed an Makro online order 31 January 2025 ETA given as 12 February when it hadn’t arrived by 14 Feb I called the no. Provided for follow up. The assistant informed me she’d escalated the matter. I also sent an email by 18 February no response so I called to cancel the order which was really easy to do and they could not care less why. Later I receive an email claiming they are canceling the order due to lack of stock…19 days to discover the item was not in stock is a disgrace …not likely to order from Makro online again!
