Makro Online - disgusting service
Do NOT order from Makro Online! Their prices may be a bit cheaper but you will spend far more on airtime as you hold on while they solve their mysterious delivery anomaly, than any saving you may have made. Disgusting service!!!!!

04 Dec 2019, 17:56It is interesting that Makro responded to this review by saying that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. It is now 2 days later and I have STILL not received a phone call or the goods! This is after the Manager of the Online Makro - Safiso - promised he would call me back by 3pm on Monday, 2 Dec! All promises and no concern for the customer! It seems that Makro really does not acre about existing clients and definitely does not need any new ones!
