Makro online disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service from Makro online. I placed an order online which was meant to be delivered to my home within 2-5 working days after placing such order. then they delivered an incorrect unit, asked the driver to return with it on the 4th October. Since then I've been following up as to when will my correct item be delivered. All callcentre agents giving different information. I have asked for my refund silence. I’m so disgusted. Will never order from Makro again.
