Makro Online DISGUSE me
Makro Online does not even deserve 1 star, My Makro Order has not been fully delivered, the online tracking said delivered but no date or time was shown, i waited a week, when i spoke to Makro they told me Ronald will phone me, Ronald delivers the packages, first he promised that he will be by me first thing in the morning, then the next day i phoned him and he told me he does not have stock, but i will be refunded and i will recieve an email, i have been phoning and phoning whereby he needs to check my order again continusly and he never phones me back. It is now a month later, nobody replys to my emails, nobody phones me back, i have recieved no refund, also not any good that he did not have stock of.... I would NEVER again in my entire life by from MAKRO ONLINE, i REPORTED makro online to the consumers ombuds man, This can be seen as theft as they take your money, dont deliver and never refund you.
So this was the PRIVATE reply i got from Makro regarding my goods that was never delivered, or not refunded, now 5 months later i still have not reiceved a phone call and still no email as to what is going on, even though they mentioned above in their reply that they are in touch with their management team... This is actually very sad that employees can throw away their companies name and reputation the way they have been doing.
