MAKRO ONLINE DISGRACEFUL

I am highly disgusted with the ONLINE service I received. last week Thursday 27th July I ordered a gift ONLINE. Paid via EFT and everything was fine. On Monday 31st July I called to ensure all is still ontrack with my order - I was told order is PROCESSED and delivery will be Thursday 3rd Aug. This morning 1st Aug when I wen to check up on my order via APP, order showed CANCELLED - NOT ONE CALL or EVEN a SMS to advise there was an issue - When I called to speak to someone, they advised there was NO STOCK! -Quick to take my money, then 5 days later NO STOCK - I even asked to speak to the manager, I was then told they wuld get the manager to call me back - 5 hours later and STILL waiting for a call from Natasha! - No One is trying to resolve this issue and I am just told I must wait for my money or when they have stock! I need the MONEY or The Stock by THURSDAY 3rd AUG for a GIFT - I am going to ensure NO ONE purchases ONLINE again from Makro with this poor service!
