Makro Online disaster

I placed an order online at Makro on the 22 June 2025. Delivery was to be by 28 June. The status online it shows ready to be shipped from 23 June 2022. Nothing has arrived and when I repeatedly called the Makro call centre, they don't know where the order is and what is happening with the order. I have finally had to cancel the order to be told that I will have to wait for a refund. They have had my money for a week and have not delivered and they do not care and I must just wait for them to refund. Appalling!
