Makro online disappoints
We placed 2 orders, 1 for durban and 1 for joburg. Durban was amazing and they kept me informed and was delivered ahead of time. My joburg order was delayed, came in drips and drabs. I called the online number and i emailed the online number and i dont get any definite answers. It clearly states 3 - 5 days and we have passed that and i still didnt get my complete order. Some feedback from makro will be nice. Lesson learnt ...i will not order from Makro online again.
