Makro Online Disappoints
I Bought gaming console from Makro online on the 30th of December only to find out that is not working, i logged a querry and it was fetched on the 3rd of Jan and i was promised a refund, till today i havent received my money back.
i have called about 5 times everytime i am being told my request is on pending and they will escalate it with the Finance department and get back to me till today i last called on thusrday i havent received any comms from them.
i dont see myself buying from them anymore, MAKRO ONLINE Dissapointed me.

i am surprised that you say it was initiated and completed successful can you share the acc that it was deposited to.
