Makro Online. Disappointment

I ordered on their app, got the wrong chairs I took them to Mskro Carnival and was told the 3rd party is selling those chairs and they can't exchange for me. I logged online request for return today and on the app it says they'll come on Friday. My problem is that when placing an order - through their app- how will we know who is the ACTUAL seller!!!
