Makro online dis not provide me with my goods

I have ordered a washing machine and fridge and explicitly stated not to deliver before 3 June. Now Makro has gone and delivered to someone I do not know. It took 13 calls to Makro just to hear an agent wil get back to me today. I am still waiting and will now take legal action. It is the most frustrating company I have ver ordered anything from online and wil never never again
