Makro online, i up so tired and frustrated with your service

I ordered a dining roon table with chairs on the 20th February, i got zero feedback.. i had phone so many times and being given the run around.

Consultant : order has been given to the courier and the delay is with them Medi Xpress

Medi: we cant find your order and the issue is with makro

Consultant: we are not sure why you where told to call the courier

Consultant: this is a purchase from a 3rd party thru makro, i dont see the ad, seems they out of stock

Consultant: i dont know why its taking so long

These are some of my conversations with your consultants

They are also apparently escalating, but no response.. escalating is just an automated response

So what the hell is going on, what must i do to get my goods?
