Makro online department disaster
I placed an order on the 8th of April and on the 12th of April received a text that my order has been delivered and i didnt receive anything. I called the call center to report this and they told me to log a return and to this day i haven't received any communication from them. I keep calling them for update only to be told that they are still investigating. Makro online is horrible

20 May 2025, 13:14I received an email stating that the headboards have been delivered, guys please do your proper investigation, my neighbor have cameras facing my house and i will ask for a footage. The driver who was scheduled to deliver my headboards also confirmed that there was some mixed up with my delivery. He delivered headboards in Attridgeville. This process is costly because i call your call center everyday and today i was on hold for more than 30 minutes without any help. If this is not resolved by this week im taking legal action. This matter cant take 5 weeks to be resolved
