Makro Online Delivery (WumDrop)

I am experiencing the worst service delivery for my online order from Makro. The courier company is WumDrop and appointment delivery people are ridiculous with time management.

I placed an order on Friday afternoon with Makro. I didn't receive any communication regarding delivery until, I got a call on Saturday evening around 19:00 from a man asking me if I'm available at home for delivery. I hadn't experienced delivery on a weekend at that time before so I was caught off guard. I wasn't home, because I wasn't expecting any deliveries. We then arranged for the delivery to take place the following morning , which was Sunday 9am .

I received an sms in the morning, informing me that Tshepang Boroko is enroute. Around 12pm , I gave them a call to figure out what is happening since I still haven't received the parcel. As I was speaking to this gentleman, a lady interrupted in the background and took the phone to inform me that they have about 60 orders, so they will get to me when they can. She asked when I was available, and I informed her that I was available now since I've been waiting since 9am. She stated screaming and shouting at me that they wanted to deliver yesterday, but I gave them attitude so I need to wait. I told her that I wasn't aware of Sat night delivery and I wasn't home. She was very rude, shouting at me and telling me how they are under pressure and are very busy. She hang up the call on me after a "mxm"

Why is it my problem that they have so many orders when I had already made arrangements for delivery at 9am. They are ***********, rude, disrespectful and lack customer service.

She actually didn't delivery my parcel and canceled my order.

They shouldn't be part of delivery if they don't have customer service experience. The challenges they are facing, shouldn't impact my Makro experience.

I don't want to use Makro online services anymore because of the 3rd party companies they use for their deliveries.
