Makro Online Delivery Service Nightmare
Ordered couches on the 24th of November 2025 and order was due for delivery on the 9th of December 2025. The order has been ready for shipment since the 4th of December 2025 yet still no delivery nor update on expected date of delivery. What makes this even more frustrating is that I made a few other orders on the day and all but one had delayed deliveries. This is unacceptable!

15 Dec 2025, 11:48I initiated a cancellation on Friday and your verified account on X confirmed that I can have my refund processed and sent immediately if I use Payshap. Please process my refund via Payshap ASAP. It’s family season and I can’t have my family over to celebrate my new house because I don’t have couches!
