Makro online delivery service is terrible

I made an online order on 29 November 2024. My order was scheduled to be delivered on the 02 December. This was delayed. and I have not received my order to date(10 December 2024). I'm very upset about the lack of transparency from Makro. What’s more upsetting is the call center that is ran like a ****a shop. You call and people answer and just continue their conversation at the background while you say hello with no response! This is upsetting!

As it stands today, I don't know when I'll receive my order, and Makro expects me to " make plans to be available " on the day they are ready to deliver. This being so inconsiderate of my plans and time.
