Makro online delivery pathetic

Delivery of products from the online store is pathetic. Got a notice that the product will be delivered on 11/11/2024 before 18:00. Phoning the delivery person, he informs me that he is stuck, and will deliver on tuesday morning. Phone the person again at 18:00, and was told that he gave the product to someone else to deliver. This guy took the product back to the store. Phoning Makro, they promised to escalete the problem. no results. Phone 3 times,, no results. I have picked up the product from the store myself. Please do not use or trust their delivery. It is just a very frustrating mesh
