Makro online delivery order returned

Ordered no: OD*** The above order was deliver with damaged boxes and the courier guy advised that I return everything without opening the packages, which I did.

I spoke to a representative from the courier company who stated the packages were delivered back.

I have on countless times contacted the company using WhatsApp messages and receive the same correspondence that the matter is escalated and I will be informed soon however for the past 3 months nothing was done.

On the 2 August I spoke to your consultant who promised resolution and yet nothing has been done.

I would highly appreciate someone sorting of solution.
