Makro online delivery only

I ordered Rhodes juices online on 14 February 2025 delivery was scheduled for 22 February only to get one carton instead of five on the 4th of March The one l received was leaking even wrote in the courier delivery documents. I have tried returning it instore, on the app and telephonically and l am not getting any help
