Makro Online Delivery not reliable
Placed an order with Makro for 6 items All goods but one were available One was canceled due to no longer available. that's OK and understood One item was delivered twice, I still need to resolve this. The balance has been in status packed waiting for collection for 4 days. Help desk in response to three calls over three days says "has been escalated to the store waiting response" Makro will be interesting to see what happens with your online delivery business now that Amazon next day reliable free delivery is up and going.

The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
Just a pity that I had to make a big noise before it was. Would have been good it the official escalation channel provided an acceptable response other than “waiting for feedback”.
