Makro Online Delivery Nightmare!

Ordering from makro online its easy but getting your goods is another story. Waiting now for 6 weeks for my goods after several calls to the makro online department and still no delivery. Explaining that I am on holiday and rescheduling delivery is like talking to a wall. Every time its the same story “goods are out for delivery but cannot tell you when” & “we will call you back with update on your order sitatio “!!!!
