Makro online Delivery is the pits.

I bought a Canon pixma 3-1 at Makro Online on the 31st of July. The expected delivery date was the 5th of August. I phoned them on the 4th of August enquiring about my order as the it was saud the delivery should take 2-5 working days. The agent told me that the order will arrive on the 5th, on the 5th August there was nothing not even a communication from their side.

On the 8th after writing them an email, I get a messafe that my order is handed to the courier. 9th, 10th still no deluvery and I send emails with no response from their side. I don't even know which delivery they using. Today being the 12th I haven't received my order and had to buy airtime again from my pocket and phone to ask about my order, I'm told the enquiries were sent to the wrong department by the urgent and yet I'm not being told anything about my order.

Makro did me bad as I was supposed to use that printer on the 9th for my project now I had to pay extra money to borrow a printer yet my money was deducted and went into their account.

There is no communication from their side till now the 12th of August, so I don't know if I should forget about my money. I am so disgusted.
