Makro online delivery FAILURE
I ordered a laptop from the Makro online store on the 13th of July and expected delivery today at 19th July. However when tracking my order it hasn’t changed since the 14th of July where it said my order has been handed over to the courier. I decide to call Makro today to see what’s happening. First Lady gave me a run around said the courier would contact me. However no one did and i called again and this time i was told that the item was not even picked up. And I NEED THIS LAPTOP TO START A NEW JOB.
I read a lot of negative comments here about you before the purchase but somehow had hope this is ridiculous that you guys continue to operate like this.

20 Jul 2025, 10:31I called your call center again and someone finally spilled the beans that you guys were lying and you couldn’t contact the courier company because they are closed on weekends. Why not lead with that? Why not tell the honest facts? So meaning I will only get some response tomorrow, if any considering the experiences most of your customers have.
