Makro Online Delivery

I placed an order on the 29th of November and only one part of my order was delivered. The other part has been sitting on the same status since the 29th with no movement. @Makro can I please get my order by COB otherwise you guys can refund me and come collect the other part as I wont need it if I don't get the other part of my order. I have tried calling several times with no joy. Please resolve by delivering my order #MAK*** today if not delivered today please come and collect the training wheels as I won't need them with no bicycle.
