Makro Online Delivery

I placed my first order online with Makro - only 5 items and it said delivery in 3 to 7 days. SIX WEEKS later I had still not received my order (which had by then been reduced to only 3 of my original items due to lack of stock by then). I had queried it after THREE WEEKS and was told they would "follow up with the store" - I never got another reply until another three weeks later when I was asked if it had been delivered. At this point of SIX TIMES THE MAXIMUM time for delivery I cancelled my order.
